Chobe Flying Trips
With the ULTIMATE Chobe overnight trip you get collected from your Livingstone Lodge at 11:00am, for a
scenic flight to Kasane Airport, along the Zambezi River in a Cessna 206. On arrival in Kasane you are
picked up and transferred to Thebe River Lodge, to settle into your en-suite thatched lodge room. Mid
afternoon you are taken for a 3 hour afternoon boat cruise on the Chobe River where you can expect to see
an abundance of animal and bird life, guided by professional guides (Chobe has one of the most
concentrated populations of elephants anywhere in the world). Most of the animals make their way down to
the river for a drink just before sunset.
On return from the cruise you are treated to an a la carte dinner in the beautiful thatched restaurant on the
edge of the river. The next morning, after breakfast, you have one of the most amazing game park drives in
the world. Chobe is home to 4 of the big five (excluding Rhino) and sightings of lions is often enjoyed early
morning as they are returning to their daily resting places. Lunchtime you are returned to the airport for your
flight back to Livingstone. (Min 4 people)
